仕事内容 | Global Marcom Division is looking for a Global Advertising Manager to oversee advertising campaigns globally. He/ she supports initiatives that drive site traffic, improve brand awareness and positioning, and contribute to sales through lead generation. This position is responsible for driving the overall strategy development and execution of advertising activities. Candidates should be highly proficient in all areas of ad/promo campaigns, including print, and digital including reporting and analytics, multi-channel paid media programs of display, search and social, with the ability to plan and execute successful strategies across all channels and markets, constantly refining campaigns to deliver results. He/she will work with marketing, web infrastructure team, BU, as well as agencies. 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 ・8+ years of experience in advertising or marketing communications or related field ・Proven ability to lead and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional global teams, multiple levels (including executive level) and outside vendors ・Ability to influence, make recommendations and drive change at all levels of the company ・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ・Proven track record of delivery to tight budgets and timelines ・Strong analytical and process skills ・Excellent knowledge of integrated communications strategy and the Marketing Mix (Print, Digital, Events) ・Require native level Japanese and business level English |
