| 仕事内容 | 【Purpose of the Role】 To facilitate Japan IT team with Sr.Manager to improve service delivery,customer satisfaction and create value for Japan business. 【Key Responsibilities】 1.To support daily operations on ERP, local business applications（Fix－Asset,Supplier Portal,Customer Demand system）,production appliccations. 2.To expedete to establish and improve business continuity plan for all critical business operations by collaborating various internal divisions. 3.To assist to deploy business solutions to fulfill business needs which include but not limited to ERP,MES,SCM,CRM so on. 4.To drive manufacturing vertical integration and collaboration wiht global IT team to apply the best practice not only Japan also Asia region. 5.To facilitate Japan IT to be more professional as well as to improve our productivity and create added value. |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 【Key Requirements】 ＜Education／Training＞ University degree in Information Technology or relevant experience and knowledge in the fields. ＜Knowledge＞ 1．Strong lnowledge and experience in ERP,SCM,and Production applications in manufacturing industry. 2．Knowledge and experience in Business process design and analysis. 3．Knowledge and experience in Business process design and analysis. 4．Basic knowkedge in Infrastructure（enterprise Windows environment, Linuc,CiscoNetwork,EMC/NetAPP Storage） 5．Business Needs analysis－Ability to define the client'requirements within the context of theri business. 6．Ability to assess the opportunities,benefits,risls,and success factors of a potential solution. 7．System/Technology Integration － Ability to identify and bring together a variety of technoligies to deliver a complete information system that supports operational ando management objectives. ＜Language Skills＞ 1．Fluent in written ＆ spoken English ＆ Japanise（business level Engl |
