| 仕事内容 | •Supporting company growth initiatives （New Systems, Enhancements, Issue fixes） and deployment them across Japan, Asia and Europe countries including; oProject management and Project lead oTimeline management oCommunication with regional business partners oCommunication with regional IT partners oCommunication with oversea application venders oDocumentation in English •Building stable systems for retail stores across region •Business requirement gathering / Functional design •Perform testing to keep quality of retail systems •Smooth support turnover（post go－live support） as a part of project deliverables •Perform project management which manage timeline, people and budget •Manage POS / other retail system change status and history •Participate and cooperate in various phases of projects impacting retail stores, but which are led by other IT team •Be the front line of IT department for business users in terms of store related activities such as project, change request, iss |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 •Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3－5 years of experience for Retail system support and application deployment •Minimum of 5 years of experience including analysis of business requirements, designing and testing •POS System experience is a must, Inventory management system /Other retail system experience is preferred •Strong communication skills both in Japanese and English •Knowledge of IT project management, such as Fit/Gap analysis, design review and software testing •Project management experience •Vender management experience •Experience in partnering with business users and other IT team members to design and implement system across regions •Adaptable and flexible person •Person who has a strong sense of responsibilities and ownership •Ability to understand issues and system errors from a technical standpoint •Basic SQL Database knowledge •Basic Web Application knowledge •PMP （Project Management Professional） or relevant certifications •Knowledge of Retail ba |
