| 仕事内容 | 【Purpose of the Role】 Sales ＆ customer management for JCGK Seat programs for Customer Group Nissan. Responsible for two roles in sales organization mainly. 1.Lead cross function team for new business acquisition in Japan, Europe, China and the US. Cross functional team consists of engineering, program management, quality, finance and operation. 2.Manage overseas affiliates in Asia Pacific and ROW supporting their new business acquisition and improving their QCDD performance. 【ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】 ・Builds and maintains good relationships with customers to ensure continuous revenue growth. ・Communicates well with related team members and leverages internal resources to effectively deliver to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth progress of programs, focusing on team effort. ・Personal sales of equipment/services to customers, incl. clarify system design focusing on features ＆ benefits and launching of new products/services. ・Prepares and revise project |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 EDUCATION: － Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent work experience. EXPERIENCE: － Good understanding of automotive industries’ development system ＆ decision making process. － Over 5 years experience as sales in automotive industries, especially in car parts supplier. QUALIFICATION: －Problem solving skill －Must be able to work independently as well as cohesively as a team －Willingness to work with flexible schedule （Teleconference with US and Europe etc.） －Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements －Communication skills with the colleague ＆ customers in domestic ＆ overseas.
