仕事内容	弊社は、USに本社を置く総合ITカンパニーの日本支社です。 PCやサーバー、ストレージ製品といたハードウェアからエンタープライズソリューション向けソフトウェアおよびサービスまで、エンドツーエンドでITインフラソリューションを提供するITのグローバルリーディングカンパニーです。この度、Small Business向けのビジネス領域において、Sales Planning ＆ Anslysis Senior Advisorを募集することになりました。定量分析、市場および顧客の動向分析等に基づき、セールスプランニング、戦略立案および実行をご担当いただくポジションです。幅広い製品ポートフォリオを持つ弊社においても、特に根幹ビジネスであるPCビジネスがメインのSmall Business領域において、売上・利益に大きく寄与するドライバーを持った役割です。今後、グローバル規模で、ますます新たなチャレンジや変革を推し進めていくにあたって、ビジネストランスフォーメーションの経験も積んでいただけますので、長期的なキャリア形成の観点からも、貴重な経験を数多く踏んでいただけます。具体的なRole ＆ Responsibilityは以下になります。 Integrated Sales Activity Planning – beginning ＆ End of the Quarter · Customer Targeting – select focus or key priority target acct by analysis with Sales Mgr, Segment Marketing, and CRM · Develop Marketing ＆ Sales Promotion Program – for each selected target acct, develop kkey programs as door opener or deal closure tool with Sales Mgr, Product Brand Marketing, and Finance · Set integrated activity plan – set plan to which target acct with what program
求める人材	【求める条件】 · 大学卒以上（MBA歓迎します） · 7年以上の社会人経験かつビジネスアナリシス＆プランニング、マーケティング、戦略立案に携わった経験を3年以上お持ちの方（B2Bのご経験をお持ちの方歓迎） · Demonstrated capability to address complex and ambiguous business problems with minimal guidance · Demonstrated strong analytical and problem－solving skills. · Strong presentation abilities which are used to engage with GMs to influence decision－making ＆ facilitate change. · Ability to rally support across sales and marketing leaders to influence decision－making ＆ facilitate change within the business. · Strong English proficiency required to interact with sales and marketing leaders in face to face, phone to phone interactions. · Outstanding MS Excel and PowerPoint technical skills required, SQL and macro knowledge will be an advantage. 【歓迎条件】 · The ideal candidate has prior experience in business consulting firm · Ability to deliver quality results under stress and intense time－pressures.
