仕事内容 | To take all compensation & benefits role supporting the design and administration processes of the Japan compensation and benefits programs. Retirement Bonus, benefit, and salary structure harmonization projects are first priority. As a key member of the Japan HR team and APAC Compensation & Benefit team, this role will have accountability for wide ranging compensation & benefits activities across the all the divisions in Japan. Under supervision of Sr. HR Director of Japan, working collaboratively with both the key business leaders and Japan HR members, and APAC HR members, the candidate will be required to understand specific business needs and have responsibility for the delivery of well considered compensation solutions and processes. 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 •Bachelor degree, Master degree is plus •Requires several years’ progressive, professional experience in compensation / benefit management and benefits and pension administration. •Demonstrated proficiency in the design and administration of base pay, incentive, and equity programs is required. •Ability to perform surveys and effectively present options and recommendations to management is necessary. •In-depth knowledge of compensation theory and practice and knowledge of compensation laws and regulations required. HR consultancy experience is plus. •High levels of analytical skills required, together with goal accomplishment orientation.
