仕事内容 | Sells services, manages customer expectations, and establishes and nurtures client relationships for the Clinical Development Services (CDS) business units to achieve overall sales targets. 1.Realize annual sales objective by cultivation and development of new and existing customer accounts within the Japan market 2.Identify opportunities in collaboration with internal divisions and Asia-Pacific operations. 3.Sell multiple services • Recognize and communicate opportunities for other business units 4.Set and manage customer expectations • Collaborate with companywide resources to achieve superior customer satisfaction and service 5.Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts • Develop and execute customer account plans 6.Establish and nurture client relationships • Meet face-to-face with clients • Introduce company executives to clients when necessary • Represent Covance at appropriate conferences and workshops |
求める人材 | 【求める条件】 •BS/BA degree or equivalent higher educational certification •Proficiency with personal computers and related software •Must have or be eligible for a valid passport •5+ years of successful sales experience in clinical trial management or related field •Fluent English and Japanese skills 【歓迎条件】 •Knowledge of clinical trial process •Fundamental understanding of basic financial concepts |
