仕事内容 | <The purpose of HRBP> To support the business as a strategic partner & change agent. As a core member of HR, this position is expected to contribute to the development of organization and people, and cultural change over transformation to the strategic target culture. <Roles & Responsibilities> Support the sales head, managers and employees through leading, deploying and executing key HR processes and initiatives. This includes organizational and personnel planning, recruiting, annual appraisal, succession planning, training programs planning and deployment, leadership development, employee engagement actions and employee relations. Collaborate with centralized HR functions to provide coordinated and efficient support and liaise with global HRBPs. Manage and engage team members to build a high performance team and develop solid succession pipeline. |
求める人材 | 【求める条件】 Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR function Strong base in some of relevant HR areas e.g. L&D/OD, recruiting, leadership development, talent management, C&B <Education> University degree in related areas Foreign advanced degrees preferred 【歓迎条件】 Experience in relevant industries (e.g. retail, FMCG Minimum 3-year experience of business partner for such organizations Cross-cultural experience, preferably international assignment <Communication and interpersonal skills> Advanced English (verbal/written) Coaching and facilitation skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint Integrity & trust Leadership, self-starter Passionate, positive, assertive Strategic agility, logical thinking, problem solving Drive for results |
