仕事内容 | Overview This role is an individual contributor for development of business opportunities in Commercial market such as Enterprise, and Public. The candidate approaches to customers directly or with Partners to build a long-term relationship and acquire new opportunities. He or she lead the sales team in the future, so management skill is preferable. This position is to cover in any industry market as a vertical sales leader, and expected to make a business plan and execute the plan to elevate our position in the market. Job Description: •Establish a long-term relationship with Enterprise/Public customers, and has experiences in the Enterprise/Public market more than 10 years •Has knowledge area of IT and NW products •Develop strong relationships within partners; serve as trusted advisor to them •Connect with BU, busienss unit to bridge with local needs; deliver Juniper’s value proposition through sales presentations and assist in competitive positioning of our solutions |
求める人材 | 【求める条件】 Experience & Skills Required: •Account management skills for both customer and partner •Enterprise/Public market and IT knowledge •Has a strong combination of business development and execution, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously •Self starter and highly motivated •Working knowledge of IT/NW •Has experiences with the key business challenges facing customers •Understands other vendors products and solutions, and making our value proposition •Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills both in Japanese and English •At least 7 years of relevant experience in develping account, resolving complex issues and innovativing NW solution understanding customer’s challenges 【歓迎条件】 Experience selling into other types of verticals such as retail, e-commerce, media, non-major ISP's a plus. |
