仕事内容 | -Achieves annual sales and gross-profit by implementing global sales strategies. -Implements dealer management by analyzing market trends, sales data and competitors. -Defines sales target for each dealers and implements sales growth strategies for main dealers -Develops campaign, seminar, and field sales action plans -Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for sales reps and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for Pipetting products. -Maximize 7 sales staff job results by coaching and coordinating sales meetings and trainings. -Reporting and having meetings with General Manager of Japan and relevant SBU personnel. |
