仕事内容 | 東京から、日本を含めアジア地域をカバーする人事のポジションに興味はありませんか? 数字を分析して、アドバイスを提供するお仕事に向いていますか? Do you like being multi-location focus? Are you someone who enjoys processing, analyzing and advising? We're looking for someone like this to: - drive benefit operations for the Japan - manage the vendors for Japan benefits - provide guidance on reward products and policies for Japan and Korea - partner with recruitment to structure offer package and appropriate reward vehicles - review reward plans in line with tax, legal and regulatory requirements - provide assistance to the Japan payroll function You'll be working across both Regional Reward and the Payroll teams. We're responsible for providing guidance and modelling support to the Firm's global Reward program in APAC as well as ongoing payroll delivery. So, you can be processing payroll one moment or advising on reward vehicles the next. |
求める人材 | 【求める条件】 You have: – strong analytical and influencing skills – a high degree of accuracy and attention to details – the ability to remain calm and logical in a pressurized environment – experience in managing vendors, and resourceful in building networks You are: – able to grasp concepts quickly, including tax, legal and HR concepts – comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels – resilient and adaptable to changing deadlines – driven, committed, and enthusiastic - you are native level Japanese speaker with business level English skills 【歓迎条件】 * 日本の税務や労務に関連し、日本の法令に携わるお仕事の経験者(社労士事務所や税理士事務所にお勤めの方など) * 金融機関の人事部にお勤めで、税務や労務に関連した担当部署での直接の経験はなくとも、担当部署のお仕事を理解して強い興味のある方 |
