仕事内容	【Main Tasks ＆ Responsibilities】－ Implement business management system to provide transparency of dealer financial performance at global level － Analyze dealer financial performance across key markets and provide benchmark comparison report to markets － Identify key priority issues and markets that require financial improvements and define high－level actions 【Selling point of this position】－ End－to－end implementation of worldwide process ＆ system from planning to implementation － Dynamic global project management with diversified stakeholder and external vendor management － Comprehensive access to key dealer financials worldwide
求める人材	【求める条件】【Must】－ Knowledge and experience in dealer financial analysis and management － Experience of end－to－end project management preferably of IT system projects － Cross－functional project management skills － English Level：Required advanced business communication level (800 pt. above in TOEIC) 【歓迎条件】【WANT】－ Experience in Sales Controlling and Dealer Financial Management － Experience in IT system implementation Mixed hybrid professional of Sales, Finance and IT
