仕事内容 | HR Manager – Japan/Korea Are you an Innovative HR Manager with a proven track record in driving key transformation programmes across Japan and Korea? Our company is a European led global CRO known for our technological advances and innovative approach to drug development. Our company is presently in over 40 countries with over 80 offices worldwide and over 11,500 employees globally. The HR Manager will be responsible for the delivery of HR Services into Japan and Korea and take the lead with the local leadership team on more complex initiatives. This position will have a multi country specific focus for Japan & Korea, leading and influencing the delivery of employee engagement and talent strategy in these countries. The HR manager will translate the business strategy into the people strategy and work with people leaders on coaching their teams. 求める人材 | 【歓迎条件】 To succeed you will need: A strong HR business partnering background with experience in delivering complex initiatives into a diverse and growing organisation. At least 10 years of experience in HR practices and labour legislation across Japan and Korea coupled with experience in people leader coaching, talent management, employee engagement and employee relations in Japan and Korea. A self-starter who is able to engage business leaders at the business table and is yet hands on when required. Great communication skills with a flair for engaging with the business is key to achieving success in this role. Proficiency in Japanese & English. Korean language capabilities will be considered favourably, though not a requirement. |
