仕事内容	The responsibilities of the Director, Japan DOCS include, but are not limited to: LEADERSHIP Drive commercial decisions to achieve CPC （Dispatched workers） growth that meet the financial revenue and gross margin target for Japan and the region. Ensure profitability through effective management of SG＆A and resource utilization. Take ownership for the Japan Business Plan, including initiating and implementing a yearly plan, development of objectives, operational activities, client development strategies, resource planning and management. Work cohesively within the global framework to align across functions. Analyze, investigate, develop and maintain new market opportunities in order to enlarge and strengthen DOCS resourcing position. Provide positive leadership to effectively manage the Japan cross functional team. Participate in interdepartmental meetings and activities to support DOCS business objectives.
