| 仕事内容 | This role is responsible for developing and growing the telecommunications service providers business in Japan. The primary responsibility will be to achieve revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies to sell Our Products mainly into service providers, together with our reseller partners, in align with our values and broader coprporate strategy. Reporting to the VP of Japan, you will be responsible for achieving revenue goals. As sales manager, you will: •Build relationships within all layers of major telecommunications service providers, especially with KDDI and NTT East. •Build overall relationship between the Company and its reseller partners in an assigned territoty or market space •Identify, recruit and manage relationships with key resellers, local end users and systems integrators that fit the required profile •Coordinate and lead efforts with the reseller sales team •Effectively communicate the Company's value proposition and product knowledge throu |
| 求める人材 | Desired Skills and Experience •A proven track record of sales success in the telco or broadband space, exemplary sales skills, business acumen, and vision, are all critical factors to success in this role •High energy, self－starter with strong multi－tasking abilities and the ability to work independently. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both Japanese and English are required. • Japanese: Native Level •Prior account management experience leveraging senior level contacts across multiple organizations within telco and broadband service providers •Minimum of 5 years of exceeded multi－million dollar quotas by selling high value, technical and commercial solutions to the leading providers of broadband services in Japan. •Understand the Service Provider and MSO Markets including competitive positioning and business case. •Understanding of Tier 1 Service Provider organizations and their buying cycles. •Travel is required. |
