| 仕事内容 | GENERAL SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director, Communication and Public Affairs （C＆PA）, Japan, this position will be mainly responsible for corporate communication across the organization in Japan both internally and externally. This includes: enhancing our corporate reputation managing our brand equity strengthening our position as employer of choice disseminating our community services / philanthropic initiatives encouraging communication beyond functions/sectors and increasing employee’s self－esteem as our part This position is also requested to work closely with C＆PA team in Medical Company while building a strong relationship with key stakeholders and peers in other group companies. | 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 REQUIREMENTS: 1. Proven performer with 5＋ years of experience in internal and external communications in a company or public relations agency with a proven track record of success. 2. Superior writing, editing and oral presentation skills for a broad range of target audiences 3. Must possess strong written and oral communications skills in English and Japanese, as well as editing experience, which includes a well－developed aptitude for grammar and style. 4. Creativity in developing options and solutions 5. Ability to plan and execute communication campaigns for products, categories, and public affairs issues. 6. Experience in issues management, including experience dealing with national and local media, trade and social media or professional / trade and third－party organizations. 7. Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on planning, setting priorities relative to importance and urgency, and delivering results under tight time constraints. |
