求める人材 | 【求める条件】 ●TOEIC score850up (Business level) ●Requires work experience in Global company for more than 10 years as HR member including functional manager/leader role. ●Requires deep knowledge around Japanese Labor Laws, court cases, collective bargains to handle employee matters properly. ●Recruiting experience will be highly evaluated as we need to expand hiring capability to maintain sufficient resources in the delivery center. We are going to diversify the employment formats to cover wide range of client's requirement, so it is critical for recruiting team to have enough knowledge on labor laws etc. ●English communication with Global team would be mandatory not only by email but conference calls. English conversation skill is required. ●Work location flexibility will be highly evaluated. |
