| 仕事内容 | 【Job Summary】 The Marketing Programs Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing and managing a portfolio of event and web－based lead generation activities, as well as awareness building activities in Japan. This position requires the individual to work at both a strategic and tactical level in supporting the achievement of revenue targets of the Japan office through the creation and implementation of successful integrated marketing campaigns in support of our lead generation and awareness objectives. The ideal candidate will have 5－8 years of experience working in a B2B marketing environment in Japan. | 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 ・A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience （or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree） is required. 【歓迎条件】 ・Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B environment ・Fluent written and spoken Japanese and English is essential ・Deep understanding of lead generation programs and ROI Analytical: ability to make data driven recommendations and decisions ・Excellent writing skills, including ability to turn technical jargon into compelling business messages ・Experience in multi－channel content creation and deployment ・Capable of working independently as well as part of a team and able to operate in a collaborative, cross－functional environment ・Strong project management skills with a focus on the quality of deliverables ・Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of projects and tasks simultaneously ・A self－starter, with a strong drive and goal |
