| 仕事内容 | The primary responsibility of this position is to manage post－sales advanced technical support activities towards customers who are using our tools for Model Based Design （MBD）. MBD has been widely adopted across the world in many industries, especially automotive industry in Japan. We realizes that efficient enterprise integration within unique company structures is necessary for the most successful and greatest leveraging of our tools. This position will be working closely with Development staff and existing our customers to help their MBD/Production Code Generation （PCG） projects in long term. | 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience （or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree） is required. 【歓迎条件】 Experience in actual MBD projects using our products Experience and knowledge of control system design or embedded software development/testing ・Excellent troubleshooting, problem－solving, and multi－tasking skills ・Excellent verbal and written communication skills ・Candidates must be interested in working with customers to understand their real engineering challenges and to help them ・understand how to apply our products to their problems ・English more than the middle level （TOEIC 700） ・Japanese （fluent） |
