仕事内容 | The Talent Acquisition Manager/Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for driving attraction strategies and ensuring execution of staffing activities for assigned businesses. Must understand full-life cycle recruitment at all levels and be able to partner with hiring organizations to design and execute staffing strategies. Manage and deliver recruitment attraction strategies by leveraging a deep labor market expertise to influence hiring decisions. Manage partnerships, resources and other critical success factors to achieve high levels of hiring performance and improve operational effectiveness. This position is an individual contributor role and located in Tokyo Head Office, Japan. |
