仕事内容 | ≪Key Responsibilities≫ •Take a lead in talent acquisitions: recruiting of new graduates, mid‐career professionals collaborating recruiting team. •Client management for assigned functions and/or groups •Provide expat administration support •Preparation of HR reporting and KPIs •Take a key role in corporate wide initiatives /projects as assigned (e.g. Diversity Promotion) |
求める人材 | 【求める条件】 •5yrs+ experience as HR generalist with strong experience in recruiting and client management •Familiarity with Japan labour law and practices especially job sites related such as factory and plant(e.g. shift work system) •Excellent PC Skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) •Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree a plus) •Japanese (native level) / English (highly proficient) 【歓迎条件】 •Working experiences in global companies (Fortune 500) •Experiences for company rules/ HR scheme integration in terms of M&A or related situation •Familiarity with SAP HCM or equivalent ERP system •Experience in leading corporate initiatives / projects (e.g. diversity promotion) 【Desirable Character】 •Proactive and positive personality •Strong analytical skills and logical thinking •Team player with high communication capability •Leadership potential |
