| 仕事内容 | Operations Manager Food/Consumables related operation has complete responsibility for inbound operations, outbound operations or a functional process responsibility within the Food/Consumables related FC on a specified shift or across multiple shifts. Responsibilities: · Lead and supervise a team of Area Managers, Quality Manager （for multiple shift operation） and associates in outbound or inbound operations within the Fulfillment Center. · Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of the shift. · Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. · Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals. · Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; resolve problems; and address staffing needs. · Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and learning. · Ability to develop and share best practices across the shifts and |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 Basic Qualifications: 1. Direct management experience for a salaried employee population and its performance 2. Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques（how, when, who） 3. A strong communicator 4. Be willing to draw management’s attention to problems and provide solutions Experience: － 3－5 years of all followings: · Must have had experience in leading a team of people working across multiple shifts （24hour / 3 shifts） · Must demonstrate quick and decisive problem solving · Must demonstrate critical analysis skills Education: － Required Degree: Any Bachelor Degree － Preferred Degree: Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field and MBA preferred 【歓迎条件】 Preferred Qualifications: 1.
