| 仕事内容 | Develop processes （SOP） for storage, handling, preparation, inspection and regulatory compliance . · Be a Quality Champion for food items throughout the company. Work cross－functionally to establish quality standards within the company. Work with all our fulfillment center （FC） teams. · Develop training material, training cadence and execute regular training of FC personnel for effective execution of standards. Utilize the train－the－trainer and train－the－practitioner approaches. · Maintain training records, identify needs for additional training and work with FCs to execute the same · Work with FC senior leadership to coach and counsel FC area managers, shift leads and associates if quality goals as measured by customer concessions and audit results are not met. · Mentor, train and develop FC area managers, shift leads and associates for career progression and growth through the organization · Understand and work with retail and operations teams on effective management of supply |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 Bachelor’s degree · 5 to 7 years of experience in consumables in a corporate or fulfillment center environment ＊ Fluent in Japanese ＊ Able to read and write English with high degree of proficiency ＊ Able to hold a conversation in English · Proficient in MS－Excel, Word, Outlook · Ability to secure a food handlers permit · Requires regular attendance and punctuality · Able to work extra hours as required · Available to work weekends and/or overnight shifts as an when needed · Ability to travel up to 75％ of time · Ability to meet physical demands with or without accommodation · Must have a “Can Do” attitude that enthusiastically and proactively identify opportunities, creatively solves problems and execute with speed and purpose. 【歓迎条件】 Preferred Qualifications: · 5－7 years of experience in consumables. · Degree in Agricultural and / or Food Science or related field is a plus · Prior experience working in a broad spectrum of perishable products |
