仕事内容 | サービス部門の本部長として、30名以上の組織を統括していただきます。 Represent services function in Japan organization, working across department to drive Japan strategy. Provide leadership to all service team in Japan, work with respective Product Service Manager in execution and local strategy to drive Growth, Customer Satisfaction, Safety and Cost Productivity. Will manage 30+ employees. - Drive metrics designed to track critical aspects of Services business - Create business opportunities for Services - Overall business management duties for assigned field service engineers - Lead efforts to ensure Customer Service excellence for assigned customers - Implement Operation Safety Policy instructions and conduct fieldwork in Compliance with all EHS applicable regulations and employee safety practices - Conduct Customer Site Safety Audits and EHS/Safety Field Inspections on behalf of Service Managers - Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership and compliance - Provide leadership |
求める人材 | 【求める条件】 - Engineering degree or equivalent - 10 years experience in technical services - Min 5 years experience in Services Management - Strong ability to communicate in Japanese and English both in written and verbal manner with regional/global teams and key stakeholders 【歓迎条件】 - Strong business acumen and commercial savvy - Knowledge and expertise in the industry - Proven leadership effectiveness to develop team, create and communicate business vision clearly, lead and execute business strategies, leverage knowledge of operational management techniques and financial data - Influencing skills with passion and tenacity to maximize team performance - Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels of organization and to external customers - Exceptionally strong customer service mindset |
