| 仕事内容 | The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with assigned Sourcing Managers and product segments as the local owner for assigned commodity（s）. These responsibilities include the execution of strategies to ensure realization of the business objectives for assigned commodity within the purchase family, which includes the Cost of Bill of Materials, Target Costing and Should－Be Costing activities. This position will be located in Japan or Korea. • Developing ＆ executing the local sourcing strategies that delivers a competitive advantage driving the strategic supplier initiatives. This includes supplier selection, development, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance. • Driving sourcing execution for assigned commodity（s） or suppliers, including full accountability for buy and meeting deflation targets. • Performing detailed cost analysis of components ＆ manufacturing processes used by our suppliers to ensure highest quality at the lowe |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering technical discipline, or 3 work experience in the assigned commodity 2. Work experience with technical depth/knowledge in assigned commodities. 3. Commercial Sourcing or Supply Cain experience 4. Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25％ of time. 【歓迎条件】 1. Commercial sourcing experience in all facets of the assigned commodities 2. Excellent communication skills and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships 3. Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments 4. Experience implementing a compliant supply chain 5. Greenbelt certification preferred |
