Our Team is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to play a key role supporting Logistics Center Operations. We move with purpose and speed, and this requires Finance work with a dynamic network of Operations, HR, Tech and Retail partners providing timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership. The person in this role will be responsible for driving the bi－annual planning process; closing the month－end financials; creating, maintaining and reconciling to forecast models; and providing ad－hoc analysis for Senior Business Management to support the evolving business needs. | 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 － BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a similar field/discipline with analytical bias － 5＋ years relevant experience in finance, engineering consulting or related highly－analytical field － An understanding of finance issues in a rapid change operational environment － Advanced proficiency in Excel （Pivots, Lookups, Macros） － Proficiency in Structured Query Language （SQL） － Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, good practical knowledge of Microsoft Access － Knowledge in using OLAP technologies and BI Analytics, hands－on experience building and managing － data tables － Excellent written and oral communication skills （Japanese and English） combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads 【歓迎条件】 － MBA/CPA preferred － Oracle and Linux skills will be an advantage. － Experience with one of those BI tools: OBIEE, SAP BW, Cognos, Business Objects, Hyperion, BPM, Tableau, Microstrategy － Experience designing and driving |
