仕事内容 | Primary Purpose: He/She will manage various areas of HR operations such as compensation changes, payroll, HR system, time & attendance, compliance matters and so on in partnership with operation vendors. Work with existing HR teams to streamline and centralize HR operations process and transactions, including simplifying operations interfaces with line leaders. The position may also be asked to take on responsibility for specific components such as policies, guidelines, and implementation of a specific compensation or benefit program. Works to gain alignment with different constituencies and represents a common point of view across multiple stakeholders. The accomplished individual will possess: •Experience in HR Operations for a multi-national organization •Experience working with local and international teams in English to establish local HR operations practice consistent with larger organization global practice. •Work independently.
