| 仕事内容 | Role Summary: Responsible for the day－to－day activity of structuring and drafting commercial contracts with the business key strategic and corporate account customers. This role is also responsible for maintaining commercial/compliance policies and procedures, and ensuring consistent application of these throughout the business, through sound partnering with the business. Position reports directly to a senior / managing counsel within the Commercial Legal team. Responsibilities: 1. Acting as a business partner by applying combined business and legal judgment to proposed deals, relationships and other issues requiring legal or compliance attention. 2. Drafting, reviewing and occasionally negotiating strategic business agreements and transactions such as （but not limited to） customer sales contracts, amendments and sales agreements 3. | 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 1. Japanese bar qualification （experience in general corporate matters is mandatory） 2. Experience as a professional in law firms or legal/compliance department in companies 3. Fluent business English in both speaking and writing 4. Communication skills with the ability to communicate legal/compliance matters in an easy to understand manner 5. Demonstrated strong analytical skill in identifying relevant issues from complex cases 6. Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently 7. Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others.
