| 仕事内容 | The Operational Strategy ＆ Planning department within our Development Services is a global team of individuals with scientific expertise, and a strong background in the conduct of global Phase I－IV clinical research. Senior staff members have significant experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or the CRO Industry. The group works closely with our commercial, operations and medical teams in crafting innovative and differentiating clinical development strategies for, and with our clients. The development of clinical trial strategies is based upon insights gathered from our experts, and is evidence－based, supported by data－driven analytics. | 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 ＋ University/College Degree （preferably postgraduate degree） ＋ Thorough understanding of global drug development and the clinical trial project management process ＋ Thorough and practical working knowledge of ICH－GCP Guidelines, including relevant international requirements and guidelines for the conduct of global clinical development programs ＋ Minimum of ten （10） years relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company or Clinical Contract Research Organization, including at least five （5） years of full global project management responsibility. ＋ Minimum of two （2） years developing evidence－based strategies, including input into clinical development plans, as a Project Leader/Manager or as a response to a request for proposal or as part of a strategic partnership development plan or response. ＋ Very strong technical writing skills and analytical skills ＋ Strong networking abilities and an ability/willingness to work with individuals across the glob |
