| 仕事内容 | Role Summary/Purpose: Pre－owned equipment ＆ parts sales is a ＄2B business globally with growth rates of 5％/year. We are investing in significant growth in this market segment. Business growth is dependent on recovering supply from our Installed base customer sockets. The Asset Recovery Leader role will be responsible to work with the US ＆ Canada （USCAN） Region leader to maximize region strategy leading to increase asset recovery. Essential Responsibilities: Developing commercial trade－in programs partnering with our sales team, National Account managers, modality marketing, pricing and commercial operations teams to build infrastructure, develop processes, and relationships to identify and recover assets from our installed base will be a key part of this role. Leveraging SFDC ＆ defining IT specification working with our digital thread development teams will be critical as we build our infrastructure to track and report sales opportunities through trade－in receipt at our repair cen |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelors degree plus minumum of 2 years in project leader, purchasing, marketing or sales roles. . • Minimum of 2 years working in a cross functional environment. • Experience working with commercial ＆ sales teams leading initiatives • Experience with the CAP process to communicate and drive change • Experience leading teams either as direct reports or through program management • Proven ability to drive business results. • Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint • Experience successfully designing and implementing a new program from beginning • Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously • Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills 【歓迎条件】 Desired Characteristics: • Masters degree in marketing, business, sourcing or r |
