| 仕事内容 | Digital Data Management Leader plays a key role to manage overall digital data in Japan to secure data accuracy and usability, and drives the evolution of Commercial processes from digital data utilization perspectives, which leads the future growth of Healthcare Japan business as it transforms itself to the real digital company. Essential Responsibilities • Responsible for overall digital data accuracy and usability in Japan （especially SFDC and coming Apttus and ServiceMax in 2016 and 2017）, to establish a bases of digital data analytics, and to realize more science based sales culture across entire Japan commercial team • Responsible for building Digital Data Management strategy for not only system management aspect but also commercial operation management aspect. • Serve as a change agent by influencing, communicating and role modeling a culture of ”Digital”, to evolve commercial and operational activity into next generation business model. • Present ideas, thoughts, and p |
