仕事内容 | -Participate in the formation of the CDM Tokyo development plan as a foundation-level senior member of the team -Build business with a variety of healthcare clients, build teams that will execute the business, and manage growth over time -Interact closely with CDM headquarters in New York on matters related to business growth and finance -Network with Omnicom “sister agencies” to provide “one-stop shopping” for PR, digital, medical and scientific writing etc. -Partner in identifying and executing new business efforts, from insight mining to market research to creative ideation to presentation back to the client -Execute strategy, provide brand stewardship and maintain strong client satisfaction across brands -Communicate client needs to all cross functional partners ensuring projects are on brief and in line with brand strategy |
求める人材 | 【求める条件】 -Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of medical marketing, healthcare communications agency, or client side experience Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of account/strategic planning and client servicing experience -Strong track record in building, mentoring, and leading teams. Operations management background (preferred, not a must) -Bilingual : native Japanese level with solid communication skills in English (written) - Who is highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills -Self-starter who has the desire and ability to apply their skills to the creative development process and enjoys the art of storytelling.
