仕事内容 | Are you interested in playing a critical role in Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise support organization? This position is responsible for supervising and enhancing the performance of a team of Support Engineers, including the areas of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, and timeliness of support delivery. The Support Engineering Manager will monitor and enhance the performance of the team in the areas of productivity, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and employee development, as well as enhance the goal of quality support by providing individual coaching feedback sessions and one-on-ones that focus on improving customer satisfaction, communication skills, and technical ability. 【Key Responsibilities】 |
求める人材 | 【求める条件】 3+ years people management experience Passion for driving business performance and people development Customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced team environment Japanese and English language skills both in writing and speaking Strong relationships skills working with various cross-functional departments Experience working in a technical support / escalation management role, preferably in an enterprise software environment 【歓迎条件】 Experience of leading teams with strong focus on customer service and having overall experience of 7-10 years in similar industry Global experience working with multiple cultures |
