| 仕事内容 | The Human Resources Section is helping to find, grow, and keep the remarkable assemblage of talented people who are our Rakutenians. As a member of Human Resources, you'll be a champion of Rakuten's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help build their organizations and make sure all decisions are based on data. Whether coaching your clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues, or managing programs that help develop our Rakutenians, you will be exceptionally focused on putting clients first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Rakutenians understand how decisions are made. You will join the E－Commerce Company’s HR Section and be in charge of Tech HR initiatives, being hands－on and strategically providing human resources expertise in the areas of employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development and more. | 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 ・Experience of HR programs （e.g., performance management, compensation planning, promotions, etc.）. Educating clients about various HR initiatives, including compensation practices, performance review/management processes, reorganization, and other various management issues. ・Driving initiatives through strong communication skills, coaching, influencing others, and offering thought－leadership regarding organizational/people－related strategies and execution. ・Providing relevant data and recommendations to guide decision－making related to compensation, organizational structure, attrition, promotions, and other activities. ■Language Level: English: Business Level （TOEIC 800＋） Japanese: Business Level 【歓迎条件】 ■Preferred Qualifications: ・MBA or MS degree in a relevant field. ・Strong functional HR knowledge, well versed in various HR disciplines, and up to date in emerging practices and developments.
