| 仕事内容 | ■Purpose of the position / ポジションについて － Understand the business requirements; design, build and deploy IS solutions and services; provide maintenance and support. － Design, build and deploy IS infrastructure and services for marketing such as: E－commerce website / Order management Loyalty program website Call center backend system Mobile/iPad applications ■Key Accountabilities / ポジションの主な役割 － Provide timely support and maintenance for local and global IS solutions by understanding the business functions requirements. － Demonstrate technical expertise and ensure performance and reliability of our solutions. － Analyze and define information and technical needs to propose continuous business process improvement. － Leading, planning, organizing and tracking small to medium projects, or key streams within a large project in alignment with PM project management methodology, with adequate coaching / supervision from his / her supervisor and project manager. － Drive user |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 － Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, and relevant studies are preferred － Understanding programming languages － Experience in project and / or run ＆ support at Commercial system area （Digital Marketing） － Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn a new product and a new business domain － Japanese ＆ English: Business Level 【歓迎条件】 － 3－10 years working experience preferably a global FMCG / retail company － Education or working experience in overseas preferred |
