| 仕事内容 | Japan GSC（Global Supply Chain） Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting Healthcare manufacturing team improving productivity, driving simplification and digitization and achieving financial and operational target. This position reports to Japan GSC Finance Manager. • Support various manufacturing initiative for productivity improvement, simplification and digitization through financial analysis • Provide guidance and training to manufacturing team by leveraging finance domain expertise • Analyze monthly actual PL to measure ＆ drive productivity and forecast quarter end financial （variable cost, base cost, CCP, MOH, PPV, inventory） • Facilitate annual financial planning process （SII, OP） • Coordinate the annual standard costing process across the company by closely working with sourcing and manufacturing team • Lead manufacturing related controllership areas （e.g. annual physical inventory） • Drive simplification projects, such as outsourcing, digitization, elimination and |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or minimum of three years financial work experience including developing forecasts ＆ operating plans and leading business / finance reviews 2. Interest in the supply chain 3. Strong analytical skills 4. Solid PC skills 5. Fluency in Japanese ＆ English 6. Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others 【歓迎条件】 1.
