The starting point was in a barn in the small town of Heubach Germany, and was a family owned business of 6 staff members. Now we have grown into a privately owned world leading lingerie and underwear company with over 35,000 staff members in over 50 countries. Today, the Japan office is hiring ”Brand Marketing Manager” to strengthen the presence in the Japan market. 【Position Summary】 To design, develop and deliver the short and long term regional Brand marketing strategies based on business and consumer insights for the entire Japan our Marketing portfolio, and to identify the right allocation of the regional Brand marketing funds across markets. •Drive and lead internal and external agencies to develop regional marketing programs. •Collaborate with |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 <Experience> • 8 years＋ experience • 4 years＋ Senior Brand Marketing Management • 4－year top leadership experience in a large market • Cross Functional expertise in Brand Marketing management • Experience with strategies ＆ concept development, media strategies development, media－neutral planning, integrated brand marketing planning, media setting KPIs and tracking ROIs • Experience in female / beauty / apparel business is a bonus • Strong commercial understanding • Excellent drive, judgment, creative insights and understanding of branded aesthetics • Experience with high－caliber agency management and agency processes <Education> Bachelor degree or equivalent 【歓迎条件】 Solid marketing experience, background in working at both HQ and Country level is preferred. Additional product management experience is a plus Extensive consumer and competitor understanding |
