| 仕事内容 | 【Job function】 Associate 【Description】 We are seeking an Associate to work closely with senior members of the business development team in Japan to assist with IT venture’s Japan entry. An Associate will be responsible for driving our underlying business processes, fulfilling timely industry and market research requests, assisting senior team members with high level market analysis and building and maintaining relationships with various market participants. No Venture Capital experience is required, if you have the interest and self－drive to work with top class client companies and cutting edge technology. As the business is growing, there is fast－paced career progression and a generally motivating working environment to grow in. |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 ● Bachelor’s degree required. ● Minimum 2 years prior work experience, preferably in IT/consulting ● Native Proficiency in Japanese and fluency in English ● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills ● Work effectively both independently and with other team members 【歓迎条件】 ● Knowledge of the economic, investment, business and regulatory environment of Japan ● Experiene of new business development ● Flexibility to travel（domestically and internationally）at short notice ● Highly motivated and keen to take initiative ● Have high levels of integrity and professionalism ● Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities |
