| 仕事内容 | We're looking for a leader to take charge of a team developing online marketplace mobile applications. You will be leading a team of engineers working on the development and global expansion of Japan's largest online shopping mall（shop count: 40 thousand, item count: 14 million, yearly transaction: JPY 1.4 trillion）. Sounds interesting? We'd like to hear from you！ Responsibilities: － Manage and lead the mobile development group from a technical and product development perspective － Develop the long/short－term strategy of the group － Manage and execute project plans against delivery targets － Manage the activities of the engineers team within an Agile/Scrum environment － Manage resources, staffing, mentoring and development of the engineer team － Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to stakeholders |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 Minimum Qualifications: － Experience in managing 10＋ technical members － Experience of iOS/Android native application development （Java,Objective C, Swift） － Design, Coding, Testing, Operation, Troubleshooting by using suitable tools such as Java, and existing development environment － Management for versioning, dependencies to the products － Write and review a code considering security 【歓迎条件】 Preferred Qualifications: － Command line operation in Linux － Development and operation experience of consumer service － Development and operation experience of huge scale system － Agile development （Extreme programming, Scrum, Kanban） |
