| 仕事内容 | Leads the Performance segment MR program team to deliver quality products through full production. The Performance Segment Program Manager defines/prioritizes work within the program, defines critical interdependencies/deliverables for the cross－functional team, manages program risks, and delivers quality and impactful products within budget. The program manager works closely with the MR Performance Segment Engineering Leader to ensure segment strategies and priorities are communicated and well executed within the program.Responsibilities : 1. Overall responsibility for the cross－functional （marketing, engineering, QA, RA, supply chain, service, etc） product and program success and impact on the overall program strategy 2. | 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 1. Bachelors Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline or Bachelors Degree and cross－functional Project Leadership experience or equivalent （defined as High School Diploma/GED and progressive experience within the discipline. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, product development leadership, or project leadership within a minimum of two functions （manufacturing, development, technical industry, service or research environment） or two different disciplines within a function 3. Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget CTQ’s 4. Demonstrated engineering knowledge, program management, and business planning processes, having experience with the full product lifecycle from concept through end of life 5.
