| 仕事内容 | ヘルスケア全製品（主に、CT/MRなどの医用画像診断装置）におけるサービス・パーツ（フレームやタッチパネル等の外装品、サーキットボード等の電気系部品など多数）の修理部品購買を担当いただきます。国内外のサプライヤーを管理し、納期通りの部品供給確保、コスト・コントロール、パーツ品質の維持などを行います。日本にいるAsia Pacific Accessories and Service Sourcing Managerにレポートします。 • Developing and executing the local sourcing strategies that delivers a competitive advantage driving the strategic supplier initiatives. This includes supplier selection, development, contracting, negotiation and consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance. • Drive productivity improvement for the accessories and service to be purchased to support the business from the margin perspective. • Gathering the needs from HC Service team and supporting them by proposing competitive solution ideas. • Partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure sourced material and services meet the needs of the business. • Performing detailed cost analysis of components ＆ manufacturing processes used by our suppliers to ensure highest quality at |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 1.Bachelor’s degree with work experience in sourcing or procurement, or experience in Supply Chain including in sourcing, or work experience with technical/commercial depth/knowledge in healthcare business including in sourcing. 2.Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Japanese. 3.Rigorousness on compliance. 4.Willing to travel domestically and internationally. 5.
