| 仕事内容 | We are an international, integrated and independent organisation, specializing in audit, accountancy, tax, legal and advisory services. 【Job Summary】: The Tax Senior Staff is responsible for delivering quality tax advisory service in multiple engagements for clients and supervising tax compliance work, including corporate tax return and individual tax return, prepared by staff. 【Responsibilities of Tax Senior】 _Implement tax advisory engagement with client from start to finish－ planning, executing, managing, to follow through completion. _Review corporate tax returns and individual tax returns prepared by staffs and provide necessary direction to improve quality of the work _Prepare complex tax return with assistance _Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve tax－related problems and make recommendations for business development efforts. _Assist Partner and Manager in engagement and business development effort _Understand client opera |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 _Excellent knowledge and strong experience in Japanese Corporate Tax or Individual Income Tax. _Experience of more than 3 years of Japanese Corporate Tax or Individual Income Tax related work in accounting firm _Strong project management, analytical and communication skills. _Business level of verbal and written English skill _Strong leadership and mentoring skills _Professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness with a cooperative attitude. _Strong organization skill and attention to details _CPTA / CPA license preferred 【歓迎条件】 Business level English , any other language |
