仕事内容	To design, plan, lead and execute business systems and interface development work from blue print to delivery. To be the one stop for development, upgrade and major system enhancement projects. To unify and standardize the project deployment methodologies across all solutions and systems and to introduce effectively and quickly new technologies. 【Prioritized Responsibilities】 1.Run development projects, testing and quality assurance – Technology and Innovation 2.Standardize development processes and methodologies and delivery model 3.Project scoping, planning and launch 4.Budget and people management
