仕事内容 | 超音波診断装置に関連したIT製品(医療機器から取得した静止画や動画を一元管理するワークステーションやシステム)の営業、マーケティングのお仕事です。超音波診断装置の営業と連携してお客様である病院に提案をしたり、製品戦略を考えたりして頂きます。IT経験に加えて、営業やマーケティングの経験をお持ちの方にとって、超音波診断装置に今後注力する事業方針ですので、医療業界に大きく貢献できる機会です。 詳細は以下英語の業務内容をご覧ください。 •Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth of Ultrasound (U/S) IT solutuion business in the Japan markets , including KOLs/show-sites development, Value story creation, sales material development and providing sales training. •Create business plan for Japan including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies, distribution enhancement and installed base targets. •Collaborate and partner with Japan Ultrasound Segment leaders (WHC, CVUS, GI) and Healthcare IT teams to drive sales & marketing strategies. •Work with region sales leaders and account teams to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities to meet sales, orders, and margin targets. •Provide pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment |
求める人材 | 【求める条件】 • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering with minimum 5 years of strategic selling and/or marketing experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field • Strong knowledge about Healthcare IT or IT products / markets or Ultrasound products. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Japanese language is beneficial •Strong organizational, analytical and process skills •Strong presentation skills, including explaining professional wordings into easy commercial ones •Experience to work under cross-functional and cross-culture team environment •Experience with interfacing with both internal team members, external customers. •Willingness and ability to travel 30-50% of time 【歓迎条件】 •Previous experience in Ultrasound or diagnostic imaging sales and/or marketing •Ability to develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas •Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organiz |
