仕事内容	• Develops effective, maintainable code in a timely fashion • Follows established coding standards and techniques, assists with establishing standards • Develops automated unit test cases to validate defect－free code • Conducts code reviews with peers and management • Works with Business Analysts and Integration Testing team to ensure quality code that meets the functional requirements • Works with performance and load testing team to ensure scalability and performance goals are met • Works with client’s off shore development teams. 求める人材	【求める条件】 • Under－graduate degree for a reputed university in Japan or abroad • Minimum of five years of software development experience required in one or more of the following: C, C＋＋, objective C or Java • Minimum one years’ experience developing mobile application in Android • Strong expertise in Java and knowledge of Android Studio, Gradle • Mastery of OOP • UI design patterns such as Model－View－Controller （MVC）, Model－View－Presenter （MVP）, Model－View－ViewModel （MVVM） • Knowledge and experience with object－oriented design and implementation • Proven ability to carry a feature from start to finish; including prototypes, design specifications, constructive coding, unit testing, and bug fixing • Ability to quickly and accurately perform troubleshooting and repair of existing applications • Good diagnostic, analytical, design and communication skills
