| 仕事内容 | Business Process Architect position has wide responsibilities. The person will increase organizational effectiveness by mapping and modeling the business structure to its vision and strategic goals. Another responsibilities includes the establishment of business architecture tools and methodologies that are implemented into areas such as portfolio management, strategic planning and performance monitoring connect business designs with IT architecture. The person will report into EO＆VP to Business Analysis Practice. Principal Responsibilities: ●Business Process Re－engineering Plan and Roadmap －Provides overall direction, guidance and definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy －Acts as a SME in business architecture framework development, tool suite selection and design and methodology development －Leads BA department managers throughout the development of a business architecture plan. －Discerns business trends and identifies their implications ● |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 ・Minimum 13 year experience in a related fields such as business architecture, enterprise architecture, strategy planning or business process re－engineering. ・Extensive knowledge of systems architecture, process modeling and excellent analytical ability, consultative and communication skills ・Proven track record with strategic planning, program management and business architecture concepts and methodologies ・Communication and program management skills, and the ability to work effectively with client and IT Management and staff ・Working experience in international company using English as a reporting language ・Ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge to achieve quality improvement 【歓迎条件】 ・Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English ・Develop constructively solution plan with people from diverse culture ・A sharp eye for detail ・MBA preferred 【求める人物像】 ・Leadership to manage people with different interest and/o |
