仕事内容 | RESPONSIBILITIES: Category Marketing Manager – Fitness Explorer Understanding of consumer insights. Develop category brand marketing strategy working with product, commercial and regional team. Lead planning and execution working with agencies and Multi-channel team. Consumer understanding. -Lead consumer research (qualitative, quantitative) working with CI team. -Analyze data and develop strategy based on the fact. -Understand global market focus on US, Euro, China and Japan Develop category brand strategy. -Work closely with Product team and commercial team to develop category brand strategy to achieve goal. -Understand innovation road map and come up with right strategy how to position our brand within category. -Feed consumer insights and market data to product team for future creation. -Understand market place and assortment strategy based on consumer segment. -Support GTM process to help sell-in and sell-through with quality execution from marketing POV. 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 5+ years of brand marketing experience Business English (spoken and written) Must be proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and organizational skills Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities Capable of building strong working relationships & influencing and engaging both internal and external stakeholders 【PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS】 University degree Love sports.
