| 仕事内容 | Role Summary/Purpose: EHS leader will be responsible for EHS performance across Japan/Korea, people development and business integration activities. . It will drive operational leadership and coaching across all businesses and master regional customer requirements, third－party certification req., ＆ the internal EHS programs. Essential Responsibilities: Delivers in－depth knowledge of EHS risks presented by all of the regional operations; Delivers in－depth knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements where the operates within the region; Ensures environmental compliance and drives reduction of environmental risk through mastery of water and air treatment systems, waste management techniques, process safety, and emergency response; Provides operational assistance after any major EHS events in the region including incident investigation and corrective action implementation; Leads, coaches, mentors operations within a set of assigned countries, across all businesses; Leverage |
| 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 Bachelor’s Degree in an EHS－related discipline or with extended studies in an EHS－related discipline, from an accredited college or university; 8＋ years overseeing the execution of EHS programs; Ability to travel 35％ of the time 【歓迎条件】 Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline; Relationships across our subsidiaries and businesses; Extensive experience with regional EHS regulatory obligations. Strong ability to mentor and coach a new ＆ diverse team; Strong understanding of legal requirements associated with EHS issues; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to manage/coordinate broad spectrum of initiatives simultaneously; Excellent interpersonal skills.
