| 仕事内容 | Role Summary/Purpose: Be responsible for providing financial leadership. There are commercial and supply chain functions. The finance manager is expected to partnership with Sales/Commercial managers to drive the growth of business, and partnership with factory managers to drive cost reduction and productivity improvement. Also, the finance manager is expected to partner with controllership team to enhance the compliance/controllership across the company. Essential Responsibilities: • Provide financial analysis and insight in support of business decisions • Responsible for challenging and monitoring performance of business • Drive the key planning cycles including operational review, operating plan, and SII • Drive process improvements and simplification of financial and commercial processes • Be the gatekeeper and go to person for any technical and controllership challenge • Be responsible for coordinating all internal control activities • Lead initiatives in driving varia |
