| 仕事内容 | 【HR － Org Development and Talent Management Manager】 ■About the position / ポジションについて: Develop and implement creative and innovative organization and people development solutions based on accurate data analysis of Talent Management Data. Ensure that business development objectives are met and that talent is developed in a planned and efficient manner and ready to take higher level positions at all levels of the organization. ■Key Acountabilities / ポジションの主な役割: － Act as internal consultant to Manager, Talent Management ＆ Development as well as HRBPs with respect to Talent pipeline analysis, needs analysis, gap analysis and organizational diagnosis. Support Manager and HRBPs by providing business proposal / solution / reporting with profound insights into Talent and Organization based on solid data analysis and research. － Lead data and system management in Talent Management and Development by closely working together with Shared Service Center MOD. | 求める人材 | 【求める条件】 － Bachelor's Degree － Highly prominent skills in data management and analysis with at least 3－5 year’s experience. － Highly strong system and digital skills. － Experiences in Talent ＆ Organizational Management and Development, HR C＆B or IT preferred － Strong motivation in HR MOD － Fluency in English － Experiences in multinational company 【歓迎条件】 － Candidates with Talent Management Data and analysis are preferred, however experience with alternative Data is also acceptable. |
